STORY

Ever since she was young, it has been important for Ilse to be able to work with people and help them achieve overall optimal health. This is why she decided to go to England to study chiropractic.

During her five year degree her love for chiropractic care grew. Now she is home in Finland and works in Helsinki and Vantaa.

Ilse Ikäheimonen graduated with a master of chiropractic (Doctor of Chiropractic D.C.) at the highly acclaimed AECC University College in Bournemouth. The curriculum included in-depth theory in anatomy and diagnostics, as well as a variety of technique, which included two years as an intern in the university clinic.

Ilse also had the opportunity to work in the AECC Feeding clinic along with Midwives to help new parents achieve pain and problem free breastfeeding. She is specialised in treating pregnant people and babies, but is more than happy to treat all ages.
